Begin your wellness journey with an initial movement analysis by 30-year veteran physical therapist, Scott Edwards. Pinpoint areas of weakness and receive a customized plan for increased mobility and strength. This 80-minute assessment is free when you commit to six or more PT sessions.

Holistic Health Cohorts

Alongside your sessions with Scott, foster holistic well-being within a supportive cohort. Engage in six insightful health and wellness seminars at The Vent. Delve into topics such as diet, sleep, nutrition, body fat percentage, and more.

Gym Membership
